中老年2型糖尿病中医辨证分型与脉图参数相关性研究

目的:分析81例不同中医证型的中老年2型糖尿病患者的脉象及脉图参数,探讨其不同中医辨证分型与脉图参数的相关性。方法:采用上海中医药大学研制的ZM-Ⅲ型智能脉象仪进行检测。结果:气阴两虚组与阴虚热盛组、湿热困脾组、血瘀脉络组在h1之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。湿热困脾组与气阴两虚组、阴虚热盛组、血瘀脉络组在h3/h1、h4/h1、h5/h1、w1/t之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。阴虚热盛组和湿热困脾组与气阴两虚组和血瘀脉络组在t之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:脉图参数的变化可作为中老年2型糖尿病中医辨证分型的参考依据。

Type 2 Diabetes in Old Age TCM Type and Pulse Parameters Related Research

Objective:Analysis of 81 cases of different type of TCM in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes the pulse and pulse parameters to explore different points of TCM and the veins of the relevant parameters.Method:Shanghai UniversitY Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Development of the ZM—Ⅲ intelligent pulse—testing.Results:Qiyinliangxu group and the heat Yin Shing Group,hot and humid storm spleen,of blood stasis in the context h1 group had a significant difference between the(P<0.01).Hot and humid storm spleen group and Qiyinliangxu group of Yin Shing Group,blood stasis in the group context h3/hl,h4/h1,h5/h1,w1/t,there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01).Yin Shing Group and the hot and humid heat relief group and the spleen and blood stasis Qiyinliangxu group in the context group had a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion:The clock parameters of the change in old age can be used as type 2 diabetes TCM type of reference.
