| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨以异环磷酰胺（ＩＦＯ） 为主的化疗方案治疗晚期肺癌的疗效。方法 ４２ 例晚期肺癌，ＳＣＬＣ组１９ 例，ＮＳＣＬＣ组２３ 例，ＳＣＬＣ组以ＩＥ方案（ＩＦＯ＋ Ｖｐ －１６） 、ＮＳＣＬＣ组以ＩＶＰ方案（ＩＦＯ＋ ＶＤＳ＋ ＰＤＤ） 。结果 全组病人有５ 例达ＣＲ，１５ 例达ＰＲ，总有效率（ＲＲ）４０－４７ ％ 。其中ＳＣＬＣ组ＲＲ 为６３－１５％ ，ＮＳＣＬＣ组ＲＲ为３４－７８ ％ 。本组毒性反应轻微。结论 以ＩＦＯ为主的化疗方案治疗晚期肺癌疗效显著，毒性较小，可作为二线治疗方案。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the therapeutic efficacy of the conbined chemotherapy containing infosfamide. Method All the 42 patieints with advanded lung cancer consist of 19 patieints with SCLC and 23 patients with NSCLC. The SCLC group was treated with the regimen consisting of ifosfamide plus Vp-16 and the NSCLC group was treated with the regimen of ifosformide, VDS and PDD. Result Five complete responses and fifteen partial responses were observed. The objective response was observed in 40.47% of patieints and 63.15% of patieints in the SCLC versus 34.78% in the NSCLC. The toxicity mild. Conclusion The therapeutic efficacy of conbined chemotherapy containing infosfamide in the treatmnet of advanced lung cancer is noticeable, the toxicity is mild and the regimen used secondly. [ |
