柴胡疏肝散合归脾汤联合化疗治疗恶性肿瘤随机平行对照研究

[目的]观察柴胡疏肝散合归脾汤联合化疗治疗恶性肿瘤疗效。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将92例患者按随机数字表法随机分两组。对照组46例单纯化疗方案治疗。治疗组46例柴胡疏肝散合归脾汤(柴胡10g,白芍10g,枳壳10g,香附10g,太子参30g,黄芪30g,白术12g,当归10g,大枣5枚,姜半夏10g,茯苓12g,陈皮10g,甘草6g),水煎服,1剂/d,化疗方案治疗同对照组。两组均连续治疗6个月为1疗程。观测临床症状、生存质量、消化道反应和白细胞变化情况。连续治疗1疗程,判定疗效。[结果]治疗组患者生存质量改善显著优于对照组(P<0.05),质量下降显著少于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组消化道反应发生率和白细胞减少发生率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]柴胡疏肝散合归脾汤联合化疗可提高恶性肿瘤患者生存质量,具有广泛临床应用价值。

Randomized Controlled Study of Bupleurum Scattered Close to Liver Spleen Soup with Chemotherapy in Patients with Malignant Tumor

[Objective]To investigate liver bupleurum scattered close to spleen decoction combined chemotherapy treatment the curative effect of malignant tumor.[Methods] For application of randomized controlled method,92 patients were randomly divided into two groups by random number table.46 patients of the control group were given chemotherapy alone regimen for treatment.46 patients of the treatment group were given bupleurum scattered close to liver spleen soup,(Caihu 10g,Baishao10g,Zhike 10g,Xiang Fu 10g,Tazishen 30g,Huangqi 30g,Baishu 12g,Danggui 10g,5 jujube,Zaobanxia 10g,Fulin12g,Chenpi10g,Gancao 6g).Decoction taking,1 medicine,2 dose.Chemotherapy was the same with the control group.Both groups 6 months continuous treatment for a course of treatment.The clinical symptoms,quality of life,gastrointestinal reactions and leukocyte changes were observed.[Results]Joint group life quality improvement conditions were significantly better than the control group,(P < 0.05),decline in the quality was significantly less than that of the control group(P < 0.05).The incidence of gastrointestinal reactions and neutropenia occurred of the treatment group was significantly lower than those in the control group(P < 0.05).[Conclusion] Bupleurum scattered close to liver spleen decoction combined chemotherapy can improve the living quality of patients with malignant tumor,with wide clinical application value.
