摘    要:目的探讨慢性乙型肝炎患者病毒复制水平与HBV标志物(HBV-M)模式及肝损害程度的关系。方法180例慢性乙型肝炎患者血清HBV DNA定量采用荧光标记定量PCR方法检测,HBV-M检测采用ELISA法。结果血清HBV DNA定量与HBV-M模式有关,血清HBeAg阳性组HBV DNA定量(106.35±1.84)显著高于HBeAg阴性组(104.73±1.88)(P<0.01),轻、中度乙肝患者HBV DNA定量(105.58±1.92,106.27±2.05)与重度患者HBV DNA定量(105.73±1.90)相比较差异无统计学意义,且不同HBV DNA水平患者的TB il、ALT、AST差异无统计学意义。结论血清HBeAg的存在影响HBV DNA的水平变化;肝损害程度与HBV DNA定量无显著关系;同时血清HBV DNA定量与TB il、ALT、AST水平无明显关系。

Abstract:Objective To explore the relationship between the nucleic acid content of hepatitis B virus and hepatitis B virus markers,liver function and its pathological state of patients with different clinical types of chronic hepatitis B.Methods Fluorescence quantitative PCR was used to measure the HBV DNA,and ELISA was used to detect the hepatitis B virus markers in 180 cases.Results Serum HBV DNA content was related to hepatitis B virus markers.The HBV DNA content in the group of HBeAg positive(106.35±1.84)was significantly higher than that of HBeAg negative(104.73±1.88)(P<0.01).There were not significant difference between HBV DNA content and different clinical types of chronic hepatitis B.Conclusions There is a significant correlation between HBeAg and HBV DNA,but not between liver inflammation stage and serum HBV DNA content in different clinical types of chronic of hepatitis B.
