胆道镜在胆道疾病诊治中的应用价值

目的：探讨胆道镜在胆道疾病诊治中的应用价值。方法：于1990年10月—2002年10月应用胆道镜诊治胆道疾患，术中应用580例，术后应用780例，进行总结。结果：术中应用取石成功率84％，成功确诊治疗胆管肿痛22例。术后取石成功率94．9％。无严重并发症。结论：胆道镜可大大降低胆道残石率，提高胆道疾病的确诊率，对其治疗方案起到合理的指导作用，胆道镜在胆道疾病诊治中作用显著。

Personal experience in using choledochoscopy to diagnose and cure biliary diseases

Objective To inquire into the application value of using choledochosc opy to diagnose and cure biliary diseases. Methods From Oct.1990 to Oct.2002, it was applied to 580 cases of operation and 780 cases of post operation to diagnose and cure biliary diseases with choledochoscopy. Su mmarization was done. Results The success rate of application in operation to remove stone is 84%. 22 cases of choledochotumour were definitely dia gnosed and cured. The success rate of removing stone post operation is 94.9% without serious complication. Conclusion Using choledochoscopy can tremendously reduce the residual rate of stone in biliary, increase the definite diagnosis rate of biliary diseases and play a role of reasonable instruction on its curing alternative. It is remarkable that the role of using choledochoscopy to diagnose and cure biliary diseases.
