肾综合征出血热疫苗防病效果评价

目的研究评价肾综合征出血热（HFRS）疫苗防病效果。方法选择16～60岁常住人群为研究对象，采取整群随机抽样方法，确定接种组与对照组，比较两组HFRS的发病率，计算HFRS疫苗的保护率，并进行防病效果评价研究。结果HFRS疫苗大面积接种的流行病学效果令人满意，保护率高达90．31％～100％，有效地控制了该病的发生和流行。近年来发病率连续下降，打破了以往周期性流行规律。HFRS疫苗接种10年后仍具有保护作用。结论疫苗是预防控制HFRS十分有效的方法，值得继续大面积推广，以保障人民群众免受其侵袭与危害。

The Effect Evaluation of Hemorrhagic Fever with Renal Syndrome Vaccination

Objective Evaluate the effect of Hemorrhagic Fever with Renal Syndrome (HFRS) vaccine.Methods Choose constant dweller as sample. Take clusterrandom sample to fix on the inoculating group and control group. Compare the incidence between two groups and calculating protect rate. Results HFRS vaccinating in broad area got great epidemic effect. Protect rate was 90.31%100%. It controlled the spread of HFRS. In recently years,the incidence descent, the former rule of periodicity was broken. After 10 years, vaccination of HFRS is still bear protect effect. Conclusion Vaccinating to control HFRS.
