蟛蜞菊挥发油化学成分的初步研究

摘    要:目的:对蟛蜞菊茎叶和花挥发油化学成分进行分析,为开发利用蟛蜞菊药用资源提供依据。方法:用水蒸气蒸馏法提取蟛蜞菊茎叶和花的的挥发油;采用气相色谱质谱计算机联用技术分析鉴定。结果:从蟛蜞菊茎叶和花挥发油中分别鉴定了20和21种化学成分,占挥发油总量的94.68%和98.54%,其中有5种化学成分为蟛蜞菊茎叶和花挥发油共有,分别占总量的22.43%和28.65%。结论:蟛蜞菊茎叶和花中挥发油化学成分差异较大。

Abstract:Object: The Chemical constitutions of volatile oil in wedelia chinensis were investigated to provide guidance for uses of wedelia chinensis medicinal resources. Methods: After two kinds of volatile oil were prepared by steam distillation, the chemical constituents were separated and identified by GC-MS. The relative contents in the two kinds of volatile oil were calculated with Area Normalization. Results: 20 Chemical constituents were identified representing 94.68% of the volatile oil of mixture of stem and leaves. 19 Chemical constituents were identified representing 98.54% of the volatile oil of flowers. The two kinds of different volatile oil had 5 same chemical constituents. Their contents were 22.49% and 28.65% respectively. Conclusion: Chemical constituents had comparative difference in the two kinds of volatile oil.
