中西医结合治疗慢性肾小球肾炎40例疗效观察

目的：应用中西医结合治疗对慢性肾小球肾炎进行疗效观察，方法：建立慢性肾小球肾炎单纯补肾化瘀利水中药组、西药组、中西医结合组进行治疗前后血肌酐，尿素氮及24h尿蛋白定量进行比较分析。结果：单纯中药组、西药组和中西医结合组在治疗后与治疗前相比血肌酐、尿 氮、24h尿蛋白定量均有改善（P＜0．05）。而单纯中药组和西药组治疗后比较无明显差异（P＞0．05）；中西医结合组与单纯中药组，西药组治疗后比较，差异有显著性意义（P＜0．05）。结论中西医结合治疗慢性肾小球肾炎，可改善肾功能，减少尿蛋白流失，提高慢性肾小球肾炎的临床治愈率其疗效优于单纯中药或西药治疗。

Clinical Observation on 40 cases of Chronic Glomerulonephritis with IntegratedTraditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine Treatment

Objective　To observe clinical curative effect on chronic glomerulonephritis treated with integrated traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine (ITCWM).　Methods　40 patients were divided into three groups: ① traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) group with the therapeutic principle of nourishing kidney, removing blood stasis and dampness; ② western medicine group; ③ integrated traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine (ITCWM) group. Before and after treatment, the contents of blood urea nitrogen (BUN), creatinine (Cr) and urine protein in 24 hours were measured respectively.　Results　After treatment, above indexes of each group was obviously decreased (P<0.05). There was no significant difference between TCM group and western medicine group after treatment (P>0.05). Compared with TCM group and western medicine group, ITCWM group had obvious difference (P<0.05).　Conclusion　The curative effect of ITCWM is better than single TCM or Western medicine; ITCWM seems to have better results in improving kidney function and decrease urine protein excretion.
