旋转吸引脑内血肿清除法

我们研制成一种旋转吸引器,它由三部组成,即旋转切割刀、吸引系统和冲洗系统。任何血块均可清除。用此器械清除脑内血肿10例,男5例;女5例。年龄15～68岁。高血压引起出血者4例,动静脉畸形(AVM)2例,脑外伤3例,原因不明者1例。所有病例均经CT诊断,血肿位于基底节者4例,位于大脑内者6例。平均随访期15个月,8例恢复正常,2例术后死亡,死亡原因为严重的丘脑出血。

SOCKING ROTATOR FOR EVACUATION OF INTRACEREBRAL HEMATOMA

We have designed a new instrument named sucking rotator which consists of three parts: a cutting drill enclosed within a cannula, a sucking system connected to collateral opening of the cannula, and a irrigation system paralleled with cannula. Any hematomatous mass can thus he evacuated by means of the instrument with the blood and clots being collected in a glass measuring container. Ten patients with intracerebral hematomas, 5 males and 5 females, aged 15-68 years, were operated upon with this instrument. The causes of these hematomas were arterial hypertension in 4 cases, AVM in 2 cases, head injuries in 3 cases, and primary hematoma in 1 case. All cases were confirmed by CT scanning, showing the sites of hematomas in the basal ganglia in 4 cases, and in the cerebral hemisphere in 6 cases. 8 cases followed up for an average of 15 months led a normal life and 2 cases died after operation because of more severe hemorrhage of thalamus.
