血液灌流在抢救严重有机磷农药中毒的探讨

目的：探讨血液灌流在严重有机磷中毒治疗中的作用。方法：将使用阿托品、胆碱脂酶复能剂治疗严重有机磷中毒的患者作为对照组，血液灌流联合药物治疗有机磷中毒的患者作为治疗组，检测阿托品使用总量、昏迷至清醒的时间、平均住院天数、死亡率、治愈率、阿托品副作用的发生率等并作比较。结果：治疗组的平均住院天数、死亡率、昏迷至清醒时间明显减少，阿托品副作用发生率也明显减少，治愈率明显升高。结论：血液灌流在治疗严重有机磷中毒患者中，不仅减少了死亡率及并发症，亦减少了阿托品副作用的发生。

Study of hemoperfusion on severe acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning.

Objective: To analyse the treatment effect of hemoperfusion on severe acute organophorous pesticide poisoning. Methods: 30 acute organophorous pestiicide poisoning patients were divided into two groups. There were 15 patients in the HP group. They were treated by HP, atropine and cholinesterase reactivating agent. The other patients were treated only by atropine and cholinesterase reactivating agent. The following parameters were observed: dose of atropine, time of regaining consciousness that of coma case, average days when patients lived in hospital, cure rate and incidence rate of side-effect of atropine. Results: In HP group, the dose of atropine was 560mg less (p<0.05), the average days when patients lived in hospital were 6 days shortened (p<0.001), the time of that of coma case was 5.77 hours shortened (p<0.001), the incidence rate of side effect of atropine decreased, and the cure rate increased. Conclusion: Hemoperfusion plays an important role in the treatment on severe acute organophorous pesticide poisoning.
