中西医结合治疗急性胆源性胰腺炎的临床观察

目的：观察中西医结合治疗急性胆源性胰腺炎的临床疗效。方法：将104例急性胆源性胰腺炎患者分为治疗组和对照组各52例。两组均予常规西医治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用大柴胡汤加减方。治疗两周后观察患者的疗效及血液指标变化情况。结果：经2周治疗后,治疗组总有效率为86.5%,对照组总有效率为67.3%,治疗组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;治疗组治疗后3 d及5 d时血清淀粉酶、总胆红素、谷氨酸转氨酶、碱性磷酸酶、血总胆红素、谷氨酸转氨酶及碱性磷酸酶水平显著低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：常规西医联合大柴胡汤加减方治疗急性胆源性胰腺炎有较好的疗效。

Clinical Efficacy of Integrated Traditional and Western Medicine on Acute Biliary Pancreatitis

Objective To observe the clinical effect of integrated traditional and Western medicine on acute biliary pancre-atitis. Methods： The 104 patients of acute biliary pancreatitis were randomly divided into treatment and control groups, 52 casesin each. Patients were treated with the conventional treatment of Western Medicine, and patients were treated by Variant MajorBupleurum Decoction as well as conventional treatment of Western Medicine. Clinical effects and serological indicators werecompared after two weeks. Results： After treatment of two weeks, the total effective rate was 86.5% and 67.3% respectively intreatment and control groups, and the treatment group showed better efficacy than the control group, with statistical significance（P〈0.05） ;Patients in treatment group showed lower levels of serum amylase, total bilirubin, alanine aminotransferase and alkalinephosphatase than thoses in control group （P〈0.05）, in 3 and 5 days. Conclusion： Integration of Western medicine plus VariantMajor Bupleurum Decoction could provide well clinical effects for acute biliary pancreatitis.
