| 摘 要： | 目的：观察清伙灵的抗炎效果,以探讨其对治疗小儿上火证的作用机制。方法：采用角叉菜胶诱导大鼠足肿胀急性炎症模型及棉球诱导的大鼠肉芽组织增生慢性炎症模型进行实验,同时检测急性炎症大鼠模型红细胞沉降率（ESR）、C-反应蛋白（CRP）,观察清伙灵和配方的抗炎作用。结果：清伙灵配方Ⅰ高剂量组、配方Ⅱ高、低剂量组和清伙灵组可明显抑制角叉菜胶引发的大鼠足肿胀和棉球引起的大鼠肉芽肿,降低ESR和CRP,与模型对照组比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.01或P〈0.05）。结论：清伙灵和配方均有明显的抗炎作用,体现了清热泻火的功效。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the anti-inflammatory effect of Kingwolam and investigate its action mechanism on suffer-ing from excessive internal heat of children. Methods： The rat model of acute inflammatory swelling was induced with car-rageenan, and the rat model of chronic inflammation and hyperplasia of granulation tissue was induced by cotton ball. The ery-throcyte sedimentation rate （ESR） and serum C-reactive protein （CPR） were determined. The role of Kingwolam against the roleof inflammation was observed. Results： Kingwolam formula I, formulall high dose group,formula I1 low dose group,and productgroup can reduce the toes swelling of rats, reduction caused by carageen glue in rats foot swelling,and decrease ESR as well asCRP; there was significant difference, comparing with blank control group （P〈0.01 or P〈0.05）. Conclution： Kingwolam product andformula have obviously anti-inflammatory effect, and it also can clear body heat. |
