降脂消斑片对鹌鹑动脉粥样硬化模型主动脉与冠状动脉粥样硬化斑块的影响

摘    要:目的:观察降脂消斑片对鹌鹑动脉粥样硬化(AS)模型主动脉及冠状动脉粥样硬化斑块的影响。方法:采用单纯高脂饲料喂养方法复制鹌鹑AS模型。分别给予降脂消斑片高、中、低剂量及阳性对照组药物辛伐他汀片、脂降宁片治疗。观察对主动脉及冠状动脉粥样硬化斑块的影响。结果:与模型组比较,降脂消斑片高、中剂量组可减轻主动脉与冠状动脉粥样斑块及血管内膜的脂质浸润程度,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:降脂消斑片能减轻鹌鹑AS模型的主动脉与冠状动脉粥样硬化斑块及血管内膜的脂质浸润程度。

Effects of Jiang Zhi Xiao Ban Pill on Aortic and Coronary Atherosclerotic Plaques in Quails with Atherosclerosis Model

Abstract:Objective:To observe the effects of Jiang Zhi Xiao Ban Pill( 降脂 消斑片,JZXBP) on regulation of aortic and coronary atherosclerotic plaques in quails with atherosclerosis(AS) model. Methods:Pure high cholesterol diet was applied to replicate models of AS in quails, which were given high, middle and low dose of JZXBP, as well as the positive control drugs,Simvastatin Tablets and Jiangzhining tablet, respectively. The effects on aortic and coronary atherosclerotic plaques were ob-served. Results: Comparing with the model group, JZXBP high and middle dose groups could evidently decrease aortic and coronary atherosclerotic plaques and the level of lipid infiltration of endangium(P0.05). Conclusion:JZXBP could decrease aortic and coronary atherosclerotic plaques and the level of lipid infiltration of endangium.
