超声引导下小针刀治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床研究

摘    要:目的:评价超声引导下小针刀治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:将60例神经根型颈椎病患者随机分为两组各30例,超声引导颈神经根阻滞治疗组(U组)与非超声引导颈神经根阻滞治疗组(N组)。记录治疗前、治疗后20 min、1周、2周、4周、8周时视觉模拟量评分;治疗后4周、8周评定疗效;观察不良反应发生情况。结果:两组患者治疗前后的观察指标均有明显改善,与治疗前比较,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05);两组治疗后VAS评分比较,U均均优于N组;治疗后4周、8周疗效评定和不良反应比较,U组优于N组,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:应用超声引导下小针刀治疗神经根型颈椎病准确度高、不良反应低,可有效用于神经根型颈椎病治疗。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of acupotome by ultrasound-guided technique on cervicalspondy-lotic radieulopathy.Methods: The 60 cases of patients with cervicalspondylotic radiculopathy were randomly divided into ultra-sound group (group U) and non-ultrasound group (group N). VAS was recorded before the treatment, 20 minutes, 1 week, 2weeks, 4 weeks and 8 weeks after treatment.The clinical efficacy evaluation at 4 weeks and 8 weeks after the treatment, andadverse reactions were also recorded. Results: The detection indication in the two groups improved significantly after the treat-ment,with statistical significance (P〈0.05);The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions in group U were better than that ofgroup N,and the differences were statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion: The method of acupotome by ultrasound-guidedtechnique on cervicalspondylotic radieulopathy can enhance the accuracy of injection and reduce adverse reactions, which ismore effective for treatment of cervical radiculopathy.
