摘    要:目的:优选产康乐颗粒中黄芩苷的提取工艺。方法:以产康乐颗粒中干膏得率和黄芩苷的含量为评价指标,用水提取,选择溶媒倍量、浸泡时间、提取时间为主要影响因素并各取3水平,选择能直观反映提取效率的干膏得率和主要有效成分转移率,结果:最佳提取条件为第1次加水10倍量,煎煮1.5 h,第2次加水8倍量,煎煮1 h。结论:本方法简便、准确、重复性好,可为产康乐颗粒中黄芩苷的提取工艺的确定提供依据。

Abstract:Objective:To optimize the extracting technology of baicalin preferably Chankangle granule( 产康乐颗粒). Methods:The water content of extract to yield and baicalin extract stem Chankangle particles in the evaluation, selection, solvent ratio, soaking time, extracting time were the main factors and the three levels; The yield of dry extract and the main active ingredient transfer rate that can reflect the extraction efficiency was selected. Results:The best the extraction conditions for the first time with 10 times amount of water, decocting 1.5 h; The second time with 8 times amount of water, decocting 1h. Conclusion:The method is simple, accurate, and reproducible, for the extraction of baicalin from Chankangle in the particles provide the basis for the determination.
