清宫仙药茶预防与治疗高脂血症大鼠模型的对比实验研究

摘    要:目的:研究清宫仙药茶对预防与治疗高脂血症的疗效,探索清宫仙药茶最佳的服用方法。方法:清洁级SD大鼠72只,随机分为9组,每组8只。除空白组外,以高脂饲料灌饲大鼠制备高脂血症模型,分别给予预防组及治疗组低、中、高剂量的清宫仙药茶,生化法检测大鼠血清甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平,分析实验高血脂症大鼠脂代谢变化。结果:各组大鼠在实验期间活动正常,与高脂模型对照组比较,中、高剂量预防组,低、中、高剂量治疗组的大鼠体重以及阳性药对照组的大鼠体重增长缓慢(P〈0.05),低剂量预防组的大鼠体重与高脂模型对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P〈0.05)。高脂模型对照组血清TG、TC和LDL-C水平显著高于空白对照组,HDL-C水平明显低于空白对照组(P〈0.05)。与高脂模型对照组比较,预防组、治疗组、阳性药对照组的TG、TC和LDL-C水平明显降低(P〈0.05),HDL-C水平显著高于模型对照组(P〈0.05)。中剂量预防组的TG、TC和LDL-C水平明显低于低、中、高剂量治疗组(P〈0.05),但与阳性对照组之间差异均无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论:清宫仙药茶对高脂血症的预防和治疗都具有一定的效果。其中,中剂量的清宫仙药茶是最佳的服用剂型,预防的效果明显,能够对脂质代谢产生影响。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate effects of Qing Gong Xian Yao Tea preventing and treating hyperlipemia in rats and explore the best taken method and the most efficient dozen of Qing Gong Xian Yao Tea. Methods: The 72 SD rats were randomly divided into 9 groups with 8 rats in each group. Rats were subjected to hyperlipidemia model except the blank group.All the preventive groups and treated groups were administrated Qinggongxianyao tea with supposed dozen. The levels of serum lipid including the triglyceride(TG), total cholesterol(TC), low-density lipoprotein(LDL), high-density lipoprotein(HDL) and the activity of lipoprotein esterase(LPL) and hepatic lipase(HL) were detected by biochemical assay. Result: Rats had normal activity in the experimental period. Compared with the model group, the weight gain in middle-dose preventive group and highdose preventive group, all treated group and positive group were significantly lower(P 0.05), but there was no difference compared with low-dose preventive group(P〉0.05).After treated with Qing Gong Xian Yao Tea, the levels of serum TG, TC and LDL decreased and the serum HDL in hyperlipidemia model group increased significantly than those in blank group(P 0.05).Compared with the model group, the levels of serum TG, TC and LDL in preventive group, treated group and positive group were significantly lower(P〈0.05), while the levels of serum HDL were higher(P〈0.05). Among those, middle-dose preventive group has more significant data in the levels of serum TG, TC and LDL than other preventive groups and treated groups(P〉0.05), but no difference compared with the positive group(P 0.05). Conclusion: Qing Gong Xian Yao Tea had certain effect on hyperlipidemia both in preventing and treating way. Middle-dose Qinggongxianyao tea was the most efficient dozen which had obvious preventive effects on lipid metabolism.
