川芎嗪对增殖性肾炎的疗效观察

目的：观察川芎嗪对增殖性肾炎的临床疗效。方法：将45例经肾活检证实肾组织均存在不同程度的肾小球系膜细胞增殖、肾小球硬化、微血栓形成等病理变化的患者，按临床表现、年龄、肾组织病变程度随机分为两组。对照组20例，用激素、环磷酰胺、科素亚、潘生丁及常规内科对症支持治疗。治疗组25例，在上述药物治疗基础上，加用生理盐水100ml 盐酸川芎嗪80mg，静脉滴注，一天两次，三周为一个疗程，观察四周，结果：治疗组治疗后，尿量、尿蛋白、血清白蛋白、尿红细胞、肌酐清除率等各项指标均得到改善，其中尿蛋白、血清白蛋白、血尿的改善与对照组治疗后相比差异有显著性。结论：川芎嗪对增殖性肾炎有较好临床疗效，而且引起出血等副作用小，无需特别监护，便于临床使用。
