| 摘 要： | 目的了解江西省各地区献血员中SEN病毒（SENV）感染现状。方法采用套式PCR技术对江西省379例献血员血浆标本进行SENV-DNA检测。结果379例献血员中有75例SENV-DNA阳性，占19．79％。其中，上饶最高，占36．54％（19／52），其次是抚州28．52％（12／42），吉安、九江均为18．52％（10／54），南昌18．19％（8／44），宜春13．75％（11／80），赣州为最低9．43％（5／33）。结论江西省各地区献血员中存在SENV感染。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the infection of SENV in the blood of donators of Jiangxi province.Methods SENV-DNA was detected by RT-PCR in sera of donators.Results Seventy-five of 379 donators showed positive for SENV-DNA.The infectious rate was 19.79%.Besides,the rates of SEN virus infection varied in different areas,36.54% in shangrao,28.52% in Fuzhou,18.52% in both Jian and Jiujiang,18.19% in Nanchang,13.75% in Yuchun and 9.43% in Ganzhou area.It is the highest in Shangrao area(36.54%),and the lowest in Ganzhou area((9.43)%).Conclusion The infection of SENV exists in the blood donators of Jiangxi province. |
