摘    要:目的:检测被动型Heymann肾炎(PHN)肾小球基底膜电荷屏障的变化。方法:将含肾小管抗体的抗血清腹腔注射于大鼠体内建立被动型Heymann肾炎(PHN)模型。用聚乙烯亚胺作为示踪剂,在电镜下观察PHN大鼠肾小球基底膜阴离子位点的变化。结果:PHN大鼠肾小球基底膜阴离子位点明显减少。结论:在PHN中,电荷屏障的破坏是发生蛋白尿的一个原因

Abstract:Objective :To investigate the glomerular charge barrier change in passive heymann nephritic(PHN) rats.Method :Polyethyleneimine(PEI) was used as tracing marker to observe the anionic sites in glomerular basement membrane(GBM) by electronmicroscope.Result :Anionic sites in GBM of PHN rats were fewer than those of normal rats.Conclusion :There may be a glomerular charge barrier damage in PHN that causes proteinuria.
