睾丸淋巴瘤9例临床分析并文献复习

目的 探讨睾丸淋巴瘤的临床表现、病理类型、治疗效果及预后.方法分析9例睾丸淋巴瘤的临床资料,并复习相关文献.结果患者年龄23～80岁,均为非霍奇金淋巴瘤(NHL),其中B细胞性7例,T细胞性2例.所有患者均行患侧睾丸切除.单纯手术切除2例,手术加化疗5例,手术加放疗2例;5例有随诊资料的患者中位随诊时间为17个月,目前均存活.结论中老年人出现睾丸肿大,要考虑到睾丸淋巴瘤的可能;睾丸淋巴瘤以B细胞NHL为主,手术联合化疗并结合预防性中枢神经系统化疗及对侧睾丸放疗可能改善睾丸淋巴瘤的预后.

Testicular Iymphoma:clinical analysis of 9 cases with literature review

To investigate the clinical and pathological features, therapy approaches and prognosis of 9 cases of testicular malignant lymphoma. Methods Clinical data of 9 cases with testicular lymphoma diagnosed in our hospital was analyzed and the related literatures were reviewed. Results The age of patients ranged from 23 to 80 years. All cases were diagnosed as non-Hodgkin lymphoma. Seven cases were derived from B-lymphocytes and 2 from Tlymphocytes. All patients had inguinal orehiectomy. Five cases had combined chemotherapy, 2 had combined rediotherapy, 2 had surgical procedure alone. Follow-up results were arailable in 5 patients, the median follow-up duration was 17 months. All of the 9 patients were alive at the last follow-up. Conclusions When an enlarging and painless testis mass occurs in an aged patient, lymphoma should be considered. Most testicular lymphoma is B cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma. Orehiectomy and chemotherapy, combined with prophylactic intrathecal chemotherapy and radiotherapy on the contralateral testis can improve the prognosis.
