补体对丙型肝炎病毒感染者类风湿因子定量检测的影响

目的 :研究补体对 HCV感染者 RF定量检测的影响。方法 :以免疫比浊法测定 HCV感染者血清补体灭活前后 RF含量 ,然后比较其差异。结果 :38例 HCV感染伴 RF含量异常者中 ,15例补体灭活前后测定的 RF含量差异较大。结论 :补体对部分 HCV感染者 RF测定有抑制作用 ,HCV感染者测定 RF时应先灭活补体再测定。

Influence of Complements on Detection of Rheumatoid Factor Concentration of HCV Infection Patients

Objective To investigate the influence o f complements on detection o f rheumatoid factor (RF) concentration of HCV infection patients. Method s Detect the RF concentration of HCV infection patients before and after serum complemen ts being destructed with immunoturbidimetric assay method, and compare the diver gence. Results In the 38 HCV infection with RF concentration abnor mity samples, t he concentration of RF before and after serum complements being destructed have large divergence in 15 samples. Conclusion Complements have inhibi ting effect to RF detection of some HCV infection patients, it should destruct the complements first when detection the RF concentration of HCV infection patients.
