| 摘 要： | 应用免疫组化方法对６０例尖锐湿疣病人组织中人乳头瘤病毒（ＨＰＶ）感染状况进行组织切片和细胞涂片检测。结果显示７０％的组织切片和１０％细胞涂片中可见到ＨＰＶ阳性细胞。阳性细胞主要见于具有诊断特征的空泡细胞中，细胞空泡程度越明显其阳性程度越强。表明空泡细胞是ＨＰＶ感染后上皮细胞出现的形态学改变。含有成熟的病毒颗粒。组织切片中ＨＰＶ检出率明显高于细胞涂片。在不同性别和不同年龄的患者中ＨＰＶ的检出率无明显差异。

| Abstract: | The expression of human papillomavirus(HPV) antigen in 60 cases of condyloma acuminatum has been studied in tissue sections and smears immunohistochemically.HPV positive cells were seen in 70% cases of tissue section and 10% cases of smear,mainly in koilocytes.The more koilocytes the intenser the positive stain,showing that koilocytes were the result of HPV infection and contained more virus particles.The positive rate of HPV antigen in tissue sections was higher than that of smears.There was no difference in positive rates of HPV antigen between different sexes and ages. |
