羟基磷灰石增高牙槽嵴的组织学研究

作者制成犬下颌骨无牙牙槽嵴,并建立该区域及下颌骨体部、颅骨部位骨膜下HA微粒种植实验模型,采用光镜,配合大体、X线照片观察,考察种植体愈合过程和组织反应。结果表明;植入初期,HA微粒间有大量的纤维组织长入,继与受植区基骨形成骨性结合,但新骨未能充满整个HA微粒间隙,以近基骨侧为主。本实验为HA微粒牙槽嵴增高术提供生物学基础研究的实验依据。

EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON ALVEOLAR AUGMENTATION WITH HYDROXYLAPATITE

Endentulous alveolar ridges of mandibules were made in dogs, and subperiosteally HA particles were implanted in the ridges, mandible bedys and cranial vaults. Using micros- cope, and-with gross, X-ray methods, the authors study healing and tissue reaction of HA implantation. The result shows that large amount of fibrous tissue grow into the space am- ong the HA particles at the beginning, then HA incorporates with hose base bone, new bone is not able to grow into all space of HA particles.
