羟基磷灰石增高牙槽嵴的组织学研究

摘    要:作者制成犬下颌骨无牙牙槽嵴,并建立该区域及下颌骨体部、颅骨部位骨膜下HA微粒种植实验模型,采用光镜,配合大体、X线照片观察,考察种植体愈合过程和组织反应。结果表明;植入初期,HA微粒间有大量的纤维组织长入,继与受植区基骨形成骨性结合,但新骨未能充满整个HA微粒间隙,以近基骨侧为主。本实验为HA微粒牙槽嵴增高术提供生物学基础研究的实验依据。

EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON ALVEOLAR AUGMENTATION WITH HYDROXYLAPATITE
Abstract:Endentulous alveolar ridges of mandibules were made in dogs, and subperiosteally HA particles were implanted in the ridges, mandible bedys and cranial vaults. Using micros- cope, and-with gross, X-ray methods, the authors study healing and tissue reaction of HA implantation. The result shows that large amount of fibrous tissue grow into the space am- ong the HA particles at the beginning, then HA incorporates with hose base bone, new bone is not able to grow into all space of HA particles.
