| 摘 要： | 医患信任关系研究是医学伦理学的经典议题之一,多数学者以医疗领域存在的不信任事实和引起医患信任关系紧张的因素为出发点,立足于社会学、伦理学、法学和心理学等理论视野,研究信任在医患关系中的地位与功能、信任度的影响因素及应对策略.但理论研究不系统,不深入,存在薄弱环节和空白处.在新医改的宏观背景下,研究医患信任的关系主体,保障机制等依然空间很大.

| Abstract: | Doctor-patient trust relationship is one of the classic issues in medical ethics.Starting with the facts of distrust in medical treatments and factors of tense relationship between doctors and patients,the majority of scholars have studied the role and function of trust in the doctor-patient relationship,the influencing factors of trust degree and the countermeasures based on theories of sociology,ethics,law and psychology.However,the theoretical studies are not systematical or thorough enough;there is still gap to fill in. |
