临床护士对静脉输液治疗相关知识知晓度的调查分析

目的调查临床护士对静脉输液治疗相关知识的知晓度，分析存在的问题，以便有针对性地进行专业指导和培训。方法2011年8月，自制静脉输液治疗相关知识知晓度的调查问卷，利用护士参加医院集体培训的机会对158名临床护士进行问卷调查。结果①70．3％的护士静脉输液治疗知识主要来源于医院培训，护士对静脉输液治疗知识的内涵认识欠全面。②44．2％护士对留置针的规范化固定及冲、封管方法了解不充分，仅约1／3的护士了解留置针A-c-L维护法，规范维护管理知识掌握不充分。③护士对静脉输液常见并发症认识欠深入，认为常见并发症发生的主要原因与患者的血管有关（静脉炎占78．5％，渗出占83．5％，导管堵塞占81．0％）。④9％的护士发生针刺伤后不能正确处理，护士对针刺伤原因认识清晰，处理方法还需加强培训。结论临床护士对静脉输液治疗相关知识的掌握欠全面性、系统性和专业性，需要对护士采取多种形式、多种途径的专业指导和培训，才能使临床护士全面掌握静脉输液治疗相关知识，促进静脉输液治疗规范化和专业化，有效保障护理质量和安全。

Survey on the Awareness of Knowledge about Intravenous Infusion in Clinical Nurses

Objective To investigate the awareness of the knowledge about intravenous infusion in clinical nurses and analyze the existing problems so as to carry out professional guidance and training.Methods In August 2011,selfmade questionnaires on the knowledge about intravenous infusion were adopted to carry out a survey on 158 clinical nurses when they participated the hospital group training.Results The knowledge about intravenous infusion in 70.3% of the nurses came mainly from hospital training,and the nurses did not have a comprehensive understanding of the knowledge.A total of 44.2% of the nurses did not understand the methods to fix,infuse and lock the peripheral intravenous catheter.Less than a third of the nurses understood the A-C-L methods to maintain the peripheral intravenous catheter.The usage rate of peripheral intravenous catheter was high,but the maintenance and management skills of the nurses were inadequate.The nurses had no deep understanding of the common complications of intravenous infusion,and they considered the vessels of the patients as the main reason for common infusion complications(Phlebitis accounted for 78.5%,exudation 83.5%,and catheter blockage 81%).Another 9% of the nurses could not deal with the needle-stick injuries correctly.They understood the reasons of needle-stick injuries clearly,but their skills in dealing with the problem needed to be trained.Conclusions The clinical nurses master the knowledge about intravenous infusion incomprehensively,unsystematically and unprofessionally.Clinical nurses need professional guidance and training in various forms and ways so as to master the knowledge about intravenous infusion,promote intravenous infusion therapy professionally,and guarantee the quality and care safety effectively.
