Analysis on the Necessity and Limitation of Justice in Medical Resources Allocation in China

The necessity of justice in medical resources allocation was analysed.Although the justice in medical resources allocation is an essential requirement for the health of equality,the increasing medical requirement of mid-low-income class in rural areas and cities as well as the profit tendency of market regulation lead to the health resources possession gap.The limitation of justice in medical resources allocation was discussed,which includes the limitation of equality,the limitation of medical resources,the influences of the social transition and the dual economic structure,and so forth.This article was expected to provide references for improving the rationality of the medical policy and the medical services accessibility.
