肠道准备时间对糖尿病患者无痛结肠镜检查肠道清洁度的影响

目的 比较不同肠道准备时间对糖尿病患者行无痛结肠镜检查肠道清洁度的影响。 方法 将134例行无痛结肠镜检查的糖尿病患者随机分为对照组、干预1组和干预2组。对照组检查当日8:00-9:00AM进行肠道准备,干预1组在检查当日4:00-5:00AM进行肠道准备,干预2组在检查当日4:00-5:00AM进行肠道准备,肠道准备前服用胃肠促动力药物。比较3组患者肠道清洁度。 结果 干预1组、干预2组肠道清洁效果均好于对照组,而干预2组肠道清洁效果优于干预1组。 结论 采用干预1组或干预2组的肠道准备时间,可提高糖尿病患者肠道清洁的效果,减少患者低血糖反应的发生。

Effect of intestinal preparation time in intestinal cleanliness of painless colonoscopy for the diabetics

Objective To compare the effect of different intestinal preparation time in intestinal cleanliness of painless colonoscopy for the diabetics. Methods 134 patients with diabetes were randomly divided into three groups. The control group received intestinal preparation at 8 ： 00- 9 ： 00 AM on the check day. The intervention group 2 received intestinal preparation at 4 ： 00-5 ： 00 AM on the check day. The intervention group 1 received intestinal preparation at 4 ： 00-5 ： 00 AM on the check day, and took mosapride before the preparation. The intestinal cleanliness of the 3 groups were compared. Results The intestinal cleanliness in the intervention group was better than that in the control group. The intestinal cleanliness in the intervention group 2 was better than that in group 1. Conclusion Intestinal preparation at 4 ： 00-5 ： 00 AM can increase the intestinal cleanliness before painless colonoscopy for the diabetics.
