3R原则在大学生开放性实验项目中的应用分析

大学生开放性实验是以大学生为主体,培养学生创新能力及动手能力的实验项目。然而,在以大学生为主导的开放性实验项目中存在着浪费实验材料的问题,在医学院校,还存在着不合理对待实验动物的伦理问题。为了合理利用实验材料达到更好的实验效果,将国际中的已逐渐被接受并运用于生物医学研究中的3 R原则,即减少(Reduction)、替代(Replace-ment)和优化(Refinement)的原则引入到大学生开放实验中来并和未引入的实验项目对比分析,结果表明3R原则更有利于大学生实验项目的开展。

Application of 3R Principle in Open-Experiment of Undergraduate Student in Medical College

Open-experiments of college students are the experimental projects aimed to cultivate students’ innovative ability and practice ability.However,some problems exist in open-experiments: such as wasting the experimental materials,and some ethical problems of incorrectly treating experimental animals in some medical colleges.In order to use experiment resources reasonably,this paper adopted the 3R principle(Reduction、Replacement and Refinement) that was accepted gradually internationally to open experiments in our country,and compared with the experiment having no 3R principle,the results indicated that 3R principle is helpful to open-experiments.
