糖尿病合并血管并发症患者血CD4＋CD25＋调节性T细胞的变化及其意义

目的探讨CD4＋CD25＋调节性T细胞在2型糖尿病合并血管并发症患者免疫机制中的作用。方法用流式细胞仪检测18例2型糖尿病合并血管并发症患者、20例2型糖尿病无血管并发症患者、25例健康人血CD4＋、CD8＋、CD4＋CD25＋,计算CD4＋CD25＋/CD4＋比值,并进行比较分析。结果糖尿病合并血管并发症组患者的CD4＋CD25＋调节性T细胞数量及其与CD4＋比值均显著高于健康对照组（P〈0.05）,无血管并发症的糖尿病患者CD4＋CD25＋调节性T细胞数量显著少于有血管并发症的糖尿病患者（P〈0.05）。结论 CD4＋CD25＋调节性T细胞数量及其与C4D＋比值升高,可能与2型糖尿病合并血管并发症患者存在炎症反应有关。

The changes and significances of CD4+ CD25+regulatory T cells in peripheral blood of diabetic patients with angiopathy

Objective To investigate the role that CD4+ CD25+regulatory T cells play in the immune mechanism of type 2 diabetic patients with angiopathy.Methods CD4+ CD25+、CD4+、CD8+ of 18 patients with type 2 diabetic combined with angiopathy,20 patients of type 2 diabetic without angiopathy and 25 cases of healthy were measured by flow cytometry,and the ratio of CD4+CD25+/CD4+ were caculated.The results were compared between the three groups.Results The CD4+ CD25+regulatory T cells counts and the ratio of CD4+CD25+/CD4+ of type 2 diabetic patients with angiopathy were higher than health people(P<0.05),the CD4+ CD25+ regulatory T cells counts of type 2 diabetic patients without angiopathy group is lower than type 2 diabetic patients with angiopathy group(P<0.05).Conclusion The CD4+ CD25+regulatory T cells counts and the ratio of CD4+CD25+/CD4+ in type 2 diabetic patients with angiopathy are higher than health people,may concerned with their inflammatory reactions.
