加强医疗安全管理的伦理学思考

从伦理学角度剖析了当前医疗安全问题的根源,提出了进一步加强医疗安全教育,即加强医德医风教育,强化医疗安全意识,加强医护人员的培训等；逐步完善管理制度,即完善医疗安全工作制度,完善管理部门责任制度,完善不良事件报告制度等；建立纠纷处理机制,即成立医疗纠纷处理机构,建立医疗纠纷报告及处置机制,加强与媒体的沟通等；狠抓管理工作落实,即强化管理职能,做好医技科室管理,规范用药行为,紧抓临床护理管理,加强临床医疗质量管理等措施来确保并提高医疗质量.

Ethical Thinking on Enhancing Management in Medical Safety

This article analyzed the roots of current medical safety problems from the view of ethics,and proposed some measures to insure and improve the quality of medical care.The measures include: further strengthening medical safety education including ethical education,safety awareness,the training of medical staff and so forth;perfecting management system step by step,including working system for medical safety,liability system for management department,reporting system for adverse events and so on;establishing dispute resolution mechanism including setting up a department for the dispute,reporting and resolution mechanism,enhancing the communication with media and so forth;working hard on implementation of management,including improving management function,doing well in the management of medical laboratory,standardizing pharmacy using,improving clinical nursing and clinical quality management and so forth.
