数字乳腺摄影的计算机辅助诊断在乳腺癌筛查中的应用

摘    要:目的:探讨数字钼靶乳腺摄影及计算机辅助诊断(CAD)在乳腺癌筛查诊断中的价值。方法:2010年1月至2011年1月我院数字乳腺钼靶摄片并经手术证实的40例纳入研究,包括乳腺癌35例(其中原位癌6例)和乳腺腺体增生5例。术前分别在普通显示器上读片诊断和工作站上使用CAD软件读片诊断,然后比较分析。结果:使用普通医用显示器的乳腺癌诊断的敏感性为71.4%,准确性75%;使用CAD分析的乳腺癌诊断的敏感性为88.6%,准确性90%。应用CAD对微钙化检出的敏感性明显高于普通医用显示器(P=0.032)。结论:数字乳腺摄影结合CAD有助于乳腺癌筛查诊断。

Abstract:Purpose:To evaluate digital mammography and computer - assisted diagnostic technique in the screening diagnosis of breast cancer.Methods:Forty patients,who were underwent digital mammography and operation during January 2010 to January 2011,were enrolled in our study.These cases included 35 cases of breast cancer(6 cases of carcinoma in situ),and 5 cases of hyperplasia of mammary glands.The digital images of them were all interpreted by a radiologist through routine display and by CAD software,and the results were analyzed.Results:The reports made through general medical display had the sensitivity of 71.4%in diagnosis of breast cancer and with the diagnostic accuracy of 75%; the reports made through CAD analysis had the sensitive of 88.6%and with the diagnostic accuracy of 90%.CAD was with more sensitivity to display micro- calcifications than the general medical display(P = 0.032).Conclusion:Digital mammography with CAD analysis has the important value in screening of breast cancer.
