| 摘 要： | 目的探讨腔镜甲状腺腺叶切除手术的方法及优缺点。方法回顾分析115例腔镜甲状腺腺叶切除手术病例。结果手术时间70～150 min,术中平均出血30 ml。术后2例发生皮肤淤斑,无皮下气肿、头疼、喉返神经损伤、喉上神经损伤、低血钙及呼吸困难发生。术后随访3～24个月,无复发。结论腔镜甲状腺腺叶全切手术安全、可靠,具有美容、术后恢复快、疼痛轻等优点,是治疗甲状腺良性疾病的很好选择。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the method of endoscopic thyroidectomy as well as its advantages and disadvantages.Methods 115 patients with endoscopic thyroidectomy were retrospectively analyzed.Results The time length of endoscopic thyroidectomy ranged from 70 to 150 min.The average intraoperative hemorrhage was 30 ml.Skin ecchymosis occurred in 2 patients.There were no complications of subcutaneous emphysema,headache,recurrent laryngeal nerve injuries,superior laryngeal nerve injuries,hypocalcemia or dyspnea.Patients were followed for 3 months to 24 months,and there was no evidence of recurrence.Conclusion The endoscopic thyroidectomy with the advantage of cosmetic effect,quick recovery,and less pain,is safe and reliable.It’s a good choice to treat benign thyroid diseases. |
