骨髓组织CD34检测在MDS诊断及预后的研究

摘    要:使用一种能够识别骨髓病理切片内人祖细胞CD34抗原的QBEND10单抗,经APAAP免疫标记染色,对240例MDS患者及12名正常人骨髓病理切片进行检测,观察CD34抗原的表达情况,结果发现,MDS各组CD34^ 细胞百分率较正常对照组明显增高,低危组(RA/RAS)较高危组(RAEB/RAEB-t)减少,较正常组增高,且CD34高表达者白血病转化率较低表达者增多,且有较短的生存期,此结果表明,CD34检测可作为MDS诊断及判断预后的一个有重要价值的指标。

Abstract:In the present report we detected the expression of human CD34 antigen in bone marrow biopsy section from 240 patients with myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) and 12 normal adults by APAAP immunohistochemistry staining. A specific monoclonal antibody QBEND10 was used. We foun the percentage of CD34+ cells in MDS group was significantly higher than in the control group. This percentage was lower in the low risk group than in the high risk group, but it was much higher than in the control group. The patients with high CD34 expression had higher risk to transform to leukemia and the survival period was shorter. These results indicate the expression of CD34 may be a valuable index for diagnosis and prognostic evaluation of MDS.
