摘    要:目的探讨蒺藜总皂苷对AD大鼠GSK-3β的影响。方法采用AlCl3灌胃制作AD大鼠模型,Morris水迷宫检测大鼠空间记忆能力,免疫印迹检测GSK-3β蛋白水平。结果蒺藜总皂苷明显缩短大鼠寻找平台的时间,降低GSK-3β蛋白水平。结论蒺藜总皂苷能有效改善因AlCl3所致的大鼠空间记忆障碍,其机制可能与抑制GSK-3β蛋白过度激活有关。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of gross saponin from Tribulus terrestris L(GSTT) on Alzheimer's disease(AD) rats.Method The AD model was established by AlCl3.Spatial memory retention and the expression of GSK-3β protein were detected by Morris and Western blot,respectively.Results It was shown that the escape latency was increased significantly after AlCl3 injection in Morris maze,and GSTT could markedly shorten AlCl3-induced the increase of escape latency,decrease the expression of GSK-3β protein.Conclusion These results suggest that GSTT can effectively prevent the rats from AlCl3-induced spatial memory deficits by inhibiting GSK-3β overactivation.
