摘    要:目的:建立一种稳定的非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病(NIDDM)动物模型。方法:41只8周龄健康雄性SD大鼠随机分为实验组(n=20)和对照组(n=21).实验组大鼠用链脲佐菌素30mg/kg一次性尾静脉注射,在此基础上加喂高糖高脂食物。对照组大鼠用相同剂量的柠檬酸缓冲液一次性尾静脉注射.用常规饲料喂食。分别在第2、5、10、20、45、60天测大鼠的血糖值以及动物体重,并于实验60d比较实验组与对照组大鼠的脂肪重/体重比值。结果:实验组与对照组大鼠相比,体重、空腹血糖水平以及内脏脂肪重量/体重比值显著增加(P〈0.05)。结论:本研究显示NIDDM动物模型造模成功。

Abstract:Objective To set up a stable non-insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus(NIDDM) animal model. Methods All experimental rats were given 30 mg/kg of streptozotocin (STZ) through vein on the tail and then were fed with conventional chow of diabetes. The rats given the same doze of citric acid as experimental rats and fed with the general feedstuff were taken as control. The fasting plasma glucose, the weight of rats were measured at 2, 5, 10, 20, 45, 60 day, respectively. The ratio of fat weigh/rat weight was measured 60 days later to test the preparation of NIDDM model. Result The plasma glucose, the weight and the ratio of fat weigh/rat weight in NIDDM rats were obviously higher than that in the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion The data shows that we have successfully set up the NIDDM model in rats.
