| 摘 要： | 目的 研究高原环境下移居汉族血液凝血纤溶系统的状态。方法 检测 4 8例移居汉族血浆组织型纤溶酶原激活物(t-PA)、纤溶酶原激活物抑制剂 (PAI)和纤维蛋白原 (Fbg)含量 ,并与内地健康人进行比较。 结果 与内地健康人比较 ,移居者组t-PA活性降低 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,PAI活性升高 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,Fbg含量升高 (P <0 .0 5 )。 结论 高原环境下移居汉族血液处于高凝状态

| Abstract: | Objective To study the state of blood coagulation and fibrinolysis system of Han natinality that migrated to plateau.Methods The activites of plasmiongen activator of tissue type (t-PA),Plasmiongen activator inhibitor(PAI) and the level of fibrinogen (Fbg) in the plasma, were measured, and then compared with that of healthy controls who 1ived in inland. Results The activity of t-PA decreased, and the activity of PAI and the level of Fbg increased, when compared with that of the healthy controls who came from inland ( P <0.05).Conclusion It is suggested that the blood of Han nationality that migrate to plateau be in a high coagulation state. |
