| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨缺血性脑卒中复发危险因素及干预对策。方法：对356例缺血性脑卒中住院患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果：复发组与对照组在高血压、糖尿痛、高脂血症、冠心痛、吸烟史、脑卒中家庭史等危险因素无显著性差异；在复发组中，高血压控制不良、糖尿痛控制不良、血脂水平不达标，未坚持服用抗血小板聚集药物方面，与对照组存在显著性差异。结论：充分认识缺血性脑卒中复发危险因素，并积极采取干预措施是预防缺血性脑卒中复发的根本途径。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To study the risk factors of recurrent ischemic stroke and interfere methods.Methods A retrospective investigation was done in 356 patients with ischemic stroke.Results There was no significant difference in the risk factors(hypertension,diabetes,hyperlipemia coronary heart disease, smoking and the family history of stroke) between recurrent group and control group(P>0.05).But in the recurrent group,hypertension,diabetes and hyperlipemia were not controlled well and the patients did not continue to take antiplatelet aggregation,compared with control group(P<0.05).Conclusion It is a fundamental path to realize and interfere actively the risk factors of recurrent ischemic stroke. |
