608株不动杆菌的来源分布及耐药特征分析

摘    要:目的 了解临床分离的不动杆菌对15种抗生素的耐药特征,为该类感染的药物选择提供依据.方法 收集2007年11 月~2009年11月临床标本中分离到的不动杆菌,用VITEK全自动微生物分析仪进行鉴定及药敏实验.结果 608株不动杆菌中鲍曼不动杆菌538株,洛菲不动杆菌70株,药敏结果 显示,鲍曼不动杆菌对亚胺培南最为敏感,耐药率27.1%;其次为头孢哌酮/舒巴坦,耐药率为27.9%.而洛菲不动杆菌对所有药物的耐药率均较低,多数在30%以下.结论 不动杆菌是医院感染的重要病原菌,鲍曼不动杆菌耐药率最高,部分菌株呈多重耐药,临床抗感染治疗应根据药敏试验结果 选用合适抗菌药物.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the distribution and the resistance characteristics on 15 kinds of antibiotics of 608 strains of Acinetobacter clinical isolates in our hospital,to provide the basis for selection of anti-infectives.Methods From Nov.2007 to Nov.2009,in our hospital,isolated Acinetobacter from clinical specimens,with the VITEK Automated Microbiology Analyzer identification and susceptibility testing.Results In 608 Acinetobacter baumannii 538,70 strains ofAcinetobacter Lwoffi,drug susceptibility results showed that A.baumannii is most sensitive to imipenem,resistance was 27.1%;followed by cefoperazone/sulbactam,resistance rate was 27.9%.The Lwoffi Acinetobacter resistant to all drugs were low, most under 30%.Conclusions Acinetobacter is an important pathogen of nosoeomial infection,with high resistance rate of Acinetobacter baumannii.Some strains were multidrug resistant,clinical anti-infective therapy.Susceptibility testing should be based on the reslults of the appropriate choice of antimicrobial agents.
