己酮可可碱对高压电烧伤病人创面微循环的影响

摘    要:目的 探讨己酮可可碱(PTX)对高压电烧伤病人创面微循环的影响,观察其临床疗效.方法 对已经明确诊断的高压电烧伤病人58例,其中男32例,女26例,平均年龄32.12±10.34岁,随机分为常规治疗组(对照组)和PTX治疗组(治疗组),每组29例.治疗组给予PTX(每次0.1g静点,每日一次,共7d)治疗,其余治疗两组均一致.用激光多普勒微循环图像仪检测2组病人入院时治疗前及治疗后24h、48h、3d、5d、7d后六个时相创面微循环血液灌流值(MPD),对观测结果 进行对比分析.结果 两组组间比较:治疗前创面MPD分别是(1.2±0.38)V、(1.36±0.33)V,无显著性差异(P> 0.05);治疗后各时相创面MPD值比较,有显著性差异(P<0.05),治疗组创面血运明显优于对照组创面血运.结论 PTX 对高压电烧伤病人创面微循环有改善作用.

Abstract:Objective To study effects of pentoxifylline drugs on high voltage electric burn wound microcirculation of patients and to observe the clinical efficacy.Methods 58 cases of high-voltage burn patients with a clear diagnosis,including 32 males and 26 females,mean age 32.12 ± 10.34 years old,were randomly divided into conventional treatment group(control group) and effects of pentoxifylline treatment group(treatment group),each group of 29 cases.The treatment group received treatment of pentoxifylline(0.1 g each static point,once a day,7 days),the remaining treatment were consistent in two groups.Microcirculation with laser Doppler image detected two groups of patients on admission before treatment and after 24h,48h,3d,5d,7d after the six-phase wound microcirculation of blood perfusion values(MPD),a comparative analysis of the observations.Results Comparison between the two groups:pre-treatment wound MPD were (1.2±0.38)V,(1.36±0.33)V, with no significant difference,P 〉 0.05,and between the two groups after treatment phase wound MPD value comparison with a significant difference,P 〈 0.05.Conclusion Pentoxifylline drugs improved the microcirculation of patients with high voltage electrical injury wound.
