人参中植酸钙的分离与鉴定

摘    要:目的对人参中植酸钙进行分离及鉴定。方法人参经酸提,超滤,碱沉得到组分提取物。采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法进行纯度鉴定,钼酸铵显色法、三氯化铁沉淀法、蛋白质沉淀法、草酸钙沉淀法进行性质鉴定,1H-NMR、MS进行结构鉴定;采用铁分光光度法对人参中植酸钙进行含量测定。结果从人参中分离得到的化合物经鉴定是植酸钙,人参中植酸钙的含量为4.97%。结论该研究首次从人参中分离并鉴定出植酸钙,可为人参药理活性研究提供新的方向。

Abstract:Objective To isolate phytin from Panax ginseng C.A.Mey and identify their structures.Methods Ginseng powder was extracted by acid solution,then the supernatant fluid was dealt with hollow fiber system and the isolated components were precipitated by adding alkaline solution.Their structures were determined by physical and chemical properties,as well as spectrographical identification.Results They were in line with the chemical nature and structure of phytin.The phytin yield of Ginseng was more than 4.97%.Conclusion The compound was obtained from this plant for the first time,which can provide a new direction for pharmacological activity of ginseng.
