摘    要:目的:优选箬竹叶中黄酮的乙醇提取最佳工艺条件.方法:以总黄酮提取率为指标,采用紫外-可见分光光度法测定含量.应用正交试验设计进行筛选.结果:醇提的最佳工艺条件为第1次加8倍量的70%乙醇回流提取60min,第2次加6倍量的70%乙醇回流提取40min,第3次加6倍量的70%乙醇回流提取40 min.结论:该优选工艺稳定...
