摘    要:目的:研究复方参芪五味咀嚼片最佳水提取工艺。方法:以黄芪甲苷含量为指标,结合出膏率,进行L9(34)正交试验,筛选最佳工艺条件,采用HPLC-ELSD法测定黄芪甲苷的含量。色谱条件:色谱柱为Dikma Diamonsil-C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水(32:68),蒸发光散射检测器检测,流速为1.0ml·min-1,柱温为室温。结果:最佳提取条件为10倍量水煎煮提取3次,每次1.5h。结论:本工艺提取完全,且检测方法简单,专属性强,重复性好。

Abstract:Objective: To establish the optimal extraction process of compound Shenqi Wuwei chewable tablets. Method: The orthogonal design table L9 ( 3^4 ) was applied to design the extraction process of compound Shenqi Wuwei chewable tablets and the content of astragaloside Ⅳ was determined by HPLC-ELSD. The content of astragaloside IV and the extraction yield of crude drugs were used as the indicators to optimize the extraction technology. Dikma Diamonsil-Cls ( 250 mm ×4. 6 mm, 5μm) column was used. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water (32:68 ) with a flow rate of 1.0 ml. min^-1 at room temperature. Result: The optimal extraction process was as follows:decocting extraction for 3 times with 10-fold volume of water and 1.5 hours each time. Conclusion: The extraction is entire, and the detection methods are simple, sensitive and reproducible.
