妊娠期孕妇高血压164例危险因素分析

目的探讨妊娠期孕妇发生原发性高血压（高血压）的危险因素,为该病的预防和治疗提供参考依据。方法选取2008年1月至2008年12月在杭州市余杭区妇幼保健院住院的164例妊娠期高血压孕产妇作为实验组,另外选择同时期收治于我院的164例正常妊娠孕产妇作为对照组,对两组孕产妇进行问卷调查,根据调查结果分析妊高症的危险因素。结果孕妇年龄（OR=1.075,95%CI1.164～7.379）、家庭收入（OR=2.232,95%CI1.145～4.357）、体质量指数（OR=1.363,95%CI1.040～1.782）、既往高血压病史（OR=1.651,95%CI1.378～1.969）、母亲妊高症史（OR=1.105,95%CI1.039～1.176）、不良情绪（OR=4.225,95%CI2.326～7.672）和营养状况（OR=2.574,95%CI1.427～4.683）等7个因素为妊娠期高血压发生的独立危险因素。结论在妊娠期高血压的防治工作中,既要关注患者的遗传因素,也要注意患者的饮食营养和心理情绪。

Risk factor of pregnancy-induced hypertension in 164 cases
