九味羌活颗粒挥发油β-环糊精包合工艺研究

摘    要:目的:研究九味羌活颗粒中挥发油β-环糊精(β-CD)包合的最佳工艺。方法:采用饱和溶液法制备包合物,应用L9(34)正交试验设计优选最佳包合工艺条件,以包合物收得率和挥发油转化率为指标,以β-CD与挥发油的比例、包合温度、包合时间为考察因素。结果:最佳包合工艺条件为挥发油:β-CD为1ml:10g,40℃搅拌1h。结论:正交试验优选的包合工艺合理,包合率高,工艺稳定。

Abstract:To study the optimal conditions of the preparation process of β-cyclodextrin ( β-CD) inclusion compound of volatile oil in Jiuwei Qianghuo granules. Method: The inclusion compound was prepared by saturated solution method. With the ratio of volatile oil to β-CD, the temperature and the inclusion time as the factors, the transformation rate of volatile oil in inclusion complex and the yield of inclusion complex as the evaluation indices, the optimum preparation conditions on the inclusion compound were selected by the orthogonal design L9 ( 3^4 ). Result: The optimal preparation conditions of the inclusion compound were as follows : the ratio of volatile oil to β-CD of 1 ml: 10 g,and stirring time of 1 h at 40℃. Conclusion: The optimal inclusion process screened by the orthagonal test is stable and feasible with high inclusion rate.
