| 摘 要： | 目的：观察艾司西酞普兰治疗老年抑郁症的疗效和不良反应。方法：61例符合CCMD-3诊断标准的老年抑郁症患者随机分为两组，分别给予艾司西酞普兰和舍曲林治疗6周。采用汉米尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）评定临床疗效，副作用量表（TESS）评定不良反应。结果：两药治疗6周时的疗效与不良反应均相当（P〉0．05），艾司西酞普兰组起效时间比舍曲林组快（P〈0．05）。结论：艾司西酞普兰和舍曲林治疗老年抑郁症的疗效及不良反应相当，而艾司西酞普兰起效快。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the efficacy and adverse reactions of escitalopram and sertraline in the treatment of senile depression.
