Abstract:Objective:To observe the clinical effectiveness of target controlled infusion of sufentanil for craniotomy.Methods:Twenty ASA Ⅰ-Ⅱ neurosurgical patients were anesthetized with TCI propofol(the target-concentration was 3μg/mL) and TCI sufentanil.The effect-site target-concentrations were set at 0.53ng/mL,0.48ng/mL,0.30ng/mL and 0.27ng/mL before skin incision,during skull opening,intracranial procedure and skull closing,respectively.SBP,DBP,MAP and HR during operation,the dosage of sufentanil and the time of recovery were observed.Results:The stable hemodynamics was maintained during the operation.The recovery time of spontaneous breath was(9.9±4.8)min,extubation was(12.6±6.0)min,opening eyes was(14.9±7.8)min and the orientation was(18.5±7.3)min.Conclusion:The clinical effectiveness of sufentanil TCI at the recommended target-concentration for neurosurgical surgery is satisfactory.
