| 摘 要： | 目的初步弄清苗药"胃痛宁"所含有的化学成分。方法用民间传统方法对"胃痛宁"进行提取,采用色谱方法进行分离和纯化,测试所得单体化合物的波谱数据,依据波谱数据鉴定其结构。结果得到了没食子酸乙酯、没食子酸、葡萄糖、芦丁4个化合物。结论 4个化合物均是首次从苗药"胃痛宁"中分出。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To study the chemical composition of Miao medicine "Weitongning".Methods "Weitongning" was extracted with traditional methods:Chromatographic methods for separation and purification.The spectral data were obtained of compounds and their structures were identified based on spectral data.Results Four compounds of ethyl gallate,gallic acid,glucose and rutin were obtained.Conclusion Four compounds were extracted from the Miao medicine "Weitongning" for the first time. |
