摘    要:目的:观察"网脱Ⅰ号"口服液的急性毒性反应,为临床安全使用提供实验数据。方法:采用经典的急性毒性实验方法测定"网脱Ⅰ号"口服液的半数致死量(LD50)和最大给药量,观察其急性毒性症状,记录累积死亡数及小鼠体质量变化。结果:LD50未测出,小鼠最大给药量为150g·kg-1·d-1,相当于成人日剂量的140倍。结论:"网脱Ⅰ号"口服液无明显毒性反应,是安全可靠的。

Abstract:Objective: To observe the acute toxicity of "Retinal Detachment No. I" oral solution in order to provide experimental data for safe use in clinic. Method: The LDs0 and maximum dose of "Retinal Detachment No. I" oral solution were tested by the classical methods of acute toxicity. The acute toxicity symptoms were observed. The accumulated death number and the body weight changes in mice were recorded. Result: The LD50was not available. The maximum dose was 150 g·kg^-1·d^-l ,which was equal to 140 times of clinical adult daily dosage. Conclusion: "Retinal Detachment No. I" oral solution is safe and reliable with low toxicity.
