| 摘 要： | 目的:建立兰索拉唑肠溶微丸胶囊释放度检测方法。方法:比较不同方法对释放度曲线的真实反应程度,并对检测方法进行方法学验证。结果:建立了紫外-可见分光光度双波长法测定兰索拉唑肠溶微丸胶囊释放度。结论通过方法学验证,紫外-可见分光光度双波长法准确可靠,与高效液相色谱法比简单快捷,更适合兰索拉唑肠溶微丸胶囊释放度的测定。

| Abstract: | Objective:To establish a method for the dissolution detection of lansoprazole enteric-coated pellets capsules.Method: The release curves obtained from different detection methods were compared,and the accuracy and reliability of the detection methods were evaluated.Result:A dual-wavelength ultraviolet spectrophotometry was developed for the release determination of lansoprazole enteric -coated pellets capsules.Conclusion:The method is accurate and reliable,which is simpler and quicker than HPLC for the diss... |
