摘    要:目的:考察黄芪注射液与五种t1盘床常用输液配伍后的稳定性。方法:采用外观观察法、紫外-可见光分光光度法、pH检测法、不溶性微粒检查法比较黄芪注射液与五种输液配伍后的外观pH、吸收光谱及微粒变化。结果:黄芪注射液与5%葡萄糖注射液、转化糖注射液及木糖醇氯化钠注射液配伍后外观、pH和紫外吸光度无明显变化,微粒数合格;与氯化钠注射液配伍后外观、pH、紫外吸光度无明显变化,但微粒数有突变;与果糖配伍后外观无明显变化,微粒数合格,但pH及紫外吸光度变化幅度较大。结论:黄芪注射液与5%葡萄糖注射液、转化糖注射液及木糖醇氯化钠注射液配伍后性质稳定;不建议与果糖注射液、0.9%氯化钠注射液配伍使用。
